The Media services business owned by an innovative private equity group is about to embark on an aggressive growth journey with specific vertical acquisition targets in mind. The strategic plan is to own a number of industry segments, integrate all the businesses and elevate the business to either an IPO or a trade sale depending on the appetite from the market. The Board and executive team are looking for a private equity calibre CFO to join them on this journey.

Description

As a true deputy to the CEO and with regular interaction with an impressive Board, you will be focused on driving a best in class finance function whilst integrating a number of different businesses together as seamlessly as possible. Your role will be elevating commercial information to the Board and helping a sharp executive team steer the business in the right direction. The businesses are complex and will require a hands-on CFO unafraid of modelling, interpreting financial data with both a commercial and risk lens. You will lift an already high performing team from a capability stand point and upgrade GL/BI tools where required. You will be the due diligence lead on all acquisitions and be operationally focused on executing change programs in line with the Board' strategy.

Profile

You will be a qualified CFO with experience working for an operationally focused Private Equity board. You must display the hunger and drive that you are willing to be hands-on, unafraid of a challenge whilst having the gravitas to communicate and influence an impressive Executive team and Board.
