CFO

A privately owned Wealth Management business, which is now operating across 7 international offices, is looking to appoint a CFO/COO. Based in the London office, and reporting in to the owners, this role will be central to the implementation of world class finance processes and structures across the organisation. You will partner closely with strategic decision makers to provide insight and analysis that informs key business initiatives, whilst also managing the outsourced providers of operational financial processes. Knowledge of the UHNW / Family office space as integral, as you will also be required to deliver a risk management and compliance framework that protects the interests of the business and it’s customers. There is significant scope to grow a team as the group continues to scale, and team management experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will be Big 4 trained, with experience in the Wealth Management industry. You will be rewarded with a base salary up to £220,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
