The Opportunity:

As a Transfer Pricing Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in assessing international tax strategies and exposures, crafting innovative solutions, and guiding clients through complex international tax issues. Your role will involve collaborating closely with colleagues, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring accurate reporting while maintaining productive relationships with tax authorities. This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking team that shapes the landscape of international taxation. Roles can be based in London, Manchester, Leeds or Birmingham and hybrid and flexible working is available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and nurture client relationships, actively seeking new opportunities to contribute and win new business.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from our firm, clients, and tax authorities to develop and communicate solutions for intricate technical challenges.
  • Manage the successful delivery of demanding consulting projects, prioritizing technical excellence and business-driven approaches.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate other technical disciplines, enhancing the scope and value of services.
  • Mitigate client and firm risks through effective risk management strategies.
  • Deliver exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis.
  • Cultivate commercial networks both internally and externally, managing the flow of opportunities.
  • Guide and mentor junior staff, fostering their development and growth.
  • Contribute to people initiatives, playing a role in talent retention and training.

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification such as ACA/CA/ACCA/CTA or Law qualification.
  • Proven expertise as a Transfer Pricing tax practitioner.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying tax statutes.
  • Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree.
  • Project management skills, including budget oversight and meeting deadlines.
