Our client is a top #35 National CPA Firm, and they are actively seeking talented Audit Seniors, Audit Managers, and Audit Senior Managers to join their team. They have offices in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Midlands, and The Woodlands and have needs in all those offices. This is a Hybrid opportunity (2-3 days a week in the office).
The CPA Firm is unique because they serve the more prominent players in the Industry like the Big 4 Firms, however, the difference is you don’t have to work Big 4 hours at Weaver (see hours below)!!!
There is a ton of room for growth in this opportunity as well. Should you want to progress into upper management, there are clear and concise career tracks in place to help guide employees toward Director and Partnership levels. Mentorship is a key value at the firm!!!
Benefits include:
– Compensation Target:
- Seniors: $80,000 to $100,000
- Managers: $110,00 to $140,000
- Senior Managers: $145,000 – $175,000
– Performance-Based Bonus Plans
– $2,500 Bonus for coming in with a CPA license or a $1,600 bonus for obtaining a CPA license
