Audit Senior Manager
A great opportunity has arisen to join one of the Top 12 accountancy firms within their Audit practice in their Leeds office. The are seeking to hire a Senior Manager.
Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of audit and accountancy clients.
- Performing, planning and completing the audit process for each assignment.
- Regular discussions with the client to confirm progress whilst identifying solutions.
- Mentor and coach junior members of the team.
- Perform work in accordance with audit and assignment procedures.
Requirements
- ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
- Worked with listed clients.
- Experience as an external auditor manager within a similar organisation. Trained within a Chartered Practice and used to dealing with the audit and preparation of accounts of individual and group entities.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and auditing standards (knowledge of FRS 102 required, knowledge of IFRS desirable)
- Strong interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication, and team management.
