Audit Senior Manager
A great opportunity has arisen to join one of the top 10 accountancy firms within their Audit practice in their London office. The are seeking to hire an Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage assurance engagements by defining the audit strategy in consultation with the partner
- Ensure the client portfolio is properly serviced
- Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Generate new audit business opportunities
- Coach and develop people by sharing knowledge with team members and helping team members attain experiences that cultivate technical competencies
- Provide performance feedback/on-the-job training
- Manage audit teams
- Develop and maintain long-term productive client relationships and networks
Key Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA or an equivalent international qualification
- Significant experience leading, planning, execution and reporting on audits
- Proven skills in managing a portfolio of clients
- Thorough knowledge of IFRS and FRS 102 preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a collaborative approach to management
- Proven experience in delivering external audit and assurance engagements.
