Are you an Audit Manager keen to explore a new environment? Or an experienced Assistant Manager feeling a lack of progression?

One of the best mid-tier firms in the UK is looking to expand their Not for Profit Audit team. As a firm they are experiencing fast and consistent growth, and the Not for Profit team is a core part of this. As a manager, you will oversee a portfolio across international charities, membership bodies, places of education, high-profile charities and other non-profit organisations.

This is a vibrant and personable firm servicing a diverse and exciting client list. At the heart of this success are reputable teams with excellent client-facing skills. This is an opportunity for you to gain experience towards this through involvement in business development vital for further progression in Practice.

General responsibilities:

Oversee a portfolio of clients across charity and other Not for Profit organisations

Act as a key client point of contact in advising and leading meetings, and ensuring delivery to a high quality

Sector relevant business development and tendering for clients

Management of junior staff and internal training

Other ad-hoc projects and development of wider skills, e.g. internal audit

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA qualification or equivalent

Strong technical skills and knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS

Excellent communication and personal skills as an integral team leader and presenter in front of clients

Significant experience obtained in the UK of working with Not for Profit clients in a Practice setting
