Audit Manager Opportunity w/ Top #15 National CPA Firm!!!
Our client is a top #15 National CPA Firm, and they are actively seeking an Audit Manager with Financial institution or Banking experience to join their team. This is a Hybrid opportunity (2-3 days a week in the office) in one of their Denver, CO offices.
The CPA Firm is unique because they serve the more prominent players in the Industry like the Big 4 Firms, however, the difference is you don’t have to work Big 4 hours with them (see hours below)!!!
There is a ton of room for growth in this opportunity as well. Should you want to progress into upper management, clear and concise career tracks are in place to help guide employees toward Director and Partnership levels. Mentorship is a key value at the firm!!!
Benefits include:
- Base Salary: $110,000 – $140,000
- Yearly Bonus: 4% of Base Salary for having a CPA License
- Athena Healthcare Plans
- 401K – Fully Vested Day One. After 1000 hours, the firm contributes 50% to employees’ 6% contribution.
- PTO: 4 to 6 Weeks (no approval process, very flexible)
- Life Balance Fund: $1,2000 a year for Gym, Spa, outside-work-interests, etc.
Hours:
- Regular Season: 40-45 hrs.
- Busy Season: 50-60 hrs. (max)
- No Weekend requirements
