Audit Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting, CPA required
• 5+ years of hands-on accounting or auditing experience with a large local, regional or national public accounting firm; preferred
• Able to identify complex client issues and recommend creative solutions related to industry standards
• Share knowledge with others to facilitate skill development and career advancement
• Will act as a mentor and/or coach and provide feedback to team members on performance
• Great project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Can or has established personal and networking relationships with clients, prospects, and referral sources through active involvement in industry, civic, and social clubs
• Strong computer skills, ProSystem experience a plus
