I am working with a top global accounting firm as it continues to strengthen their corporate assurance function. Spearheaded by passionate partners who recognise the value and potential of the mid-sized market, this role will focus upon SME and owner-managed business clients. The client base is well-established with strong potential to grow further, and offers great variance across client size and sector.

Responsibilities:

  • Active involvement across all stages of the audit process, from understanding assignment budgets and objectives to planning, delivery and reporting
  • Take active involvement with delegation of work, training and development of junior staff
  • Work closely with clients to the expected high standard of the firm, being adaptable and solution oriented as needed
  • Work alongside senior leadership at the firm

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent
  • Expertise with UK GAAP / FRS102 and IFRS
  • Experience in a practice environment in the UK
  • Ideally experience working with clients deemed to be SME or OMB sized
  • RIght to work in the UK without sponsorship
