Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and budgeting for audit assignments
- Delegate tasks effectively, mentor junior staff, and review their work
- Deliver high-quality audit engagements with a solutions-focused mindset
- Build strong client relationships and liaise with senior stakeholders
- Support final reporting and post-audit follow-up processes
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of FRS 101, FRS 102, UK GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
- Background in a regional practice, ideally with SME client exposure
- Based in or commutable to Aberdeen
- A proactive self-starter with a passion for continuous improvement
