Do you have ambitions to become Tax Director? Then why not consider this Associate Tax Director job that has a clear progression route to Director.

This new role has opened due to a succession planning exercise with the business looking to take on board an elite tax professional with strong technical ability who can grow the business. The role is Oxford-based with occasional travel to London, and so, London-based candidates will be considered with the expectation of two days a week in the Oxford office.

In the specialist tax division, you will be expected to manage and grow a varied portfolio of clients on a predominately consultative basis. This includes services of CGT, property tax, international tax, inheritance tax, trusts and estates, and R&D claims. You will create and implement integral tax business strategies that will have a noticeable impact on the organisation.

To qualify for this position, you will ideally be ATT/CTA/ACCA/ACA qualified with a demonstrated experience in personal, corporate and business tax advisory. Additionally, transfer pricing and international tax knowledge will be highly advantageous. You should have a highly commercial approach in your business proceedings with the ability to go out to market and pursue new opportunities.

In return, you will be compensated with a generous salary and a flexible benefits package. This includes flexible working possibilities that can be agreed on and as well as relocation compensation if required.
