Accounts Receivable Lead
Job Summary:
The Accounts Receivable (AR) Lead is responsible for overseeing the AR process in support of 4 brand lines ensuring timely collections, accurate invoicing, and efficient cash application. This role will assist as a lead in the AR functions, resolves billing disputes, and supporting process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and payment application.
- Monitor aging reports, follow up on outstanding balances, and implement effective collection strategies.
- Reconcile customer accounts, resolve billing discrepancies, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal teams and customers to address disputes and improve AR processes.
- Prepare AR reports and provide insights on trends, risks, and cash flow projections.
- Assist in audits, compliance requirements, and adherence to financial policies.
Qualifications:
· At least 4 years of accounting experience, plus if have supported multiple brands/divisions
· Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or Human Resources preferred
· Experienced with Excel and other technical knowledge preferred in NetSuite, Sage and/or Salesforce
