Mo started recruitment in 2002, joining a listed multinational recruiter and was a specialist in accountancy and finance before focusing on in-house tax recruitment. In 2007, he set up the interim tax division for Brewer Morris, recruiting with Big Four and industry sectors in commerce and financial services. Having spent 11 years establishing the market-leading interim offering in tax, Mo decided to set up the executive interim division for an FTSE 250 company. In 2020, Mo returned to Brewer Morris to lead the indirect tax offering. He has established a strong network and reputation in the tax market.
