We are pleased to announce that we have, for the third year since its inception, been ranked in the top 25 Most Socially Engaged global staffing agencies. From a list of over 38,000 recruitment businesses LinkedIn used a complex analysis to rank (irrespective of company size) which recruitment business utilise their online platform to engage with an ever-growing online audience of over 562 million members.

Our consultants invest a great deal of time and effort into maintaining best practice and staying in contact with the best talent in our markets. Our in-depth knowledge of the Tax and Treasury markets across the different jurisdictions we operate in allows us to provide information articles and thought leadership to clients and candidates alike.

David Buckley, CEO of The SR Group commented “It’s great to be recognised for a third consecutive year as one of LinkedIn’s Most Socially Engaged global recruitment businesses. With LinkedIn being the world’s largest business networking site it is paramount that our consultants engage with our audiences to showcase their expert and cutting edge insight. This award is testament to both our consultants and our marketing team who work tirelessly to make sure that we provide our audience, candidates and clients, with the relevant content needed to assist with their job search and job hiring respectively.”

To identify the ranking LinkedIn take into account the company and employee reach and engagement, recruiter effectiveness and content marketing power of search and staffing firms on LinkedIn. They do this by investigating thousands of data points for Search and Staffing companies listed on LinkedIn. The data for the 2018 ranking was collected from September 1st 2017 until August 31st 2018”. The category that a staffing agency appears in is determined by HQ location and the number of employees that are associated with the company’s LinkedIn page. Where there are multiple brands in a company, the sub-brands are rolled up to the parent brand and the employee count used is reflective of the total amount from all pages.

Director, Global Search, Staffing & RPO Program, LinkedIn EMEA, Steve Lewis, said: “It has been another great year for UK recruitment agencies, as they continue to lead the way in social engagement. As the war for talent rages on, and with more than 24,000 recruitment agencies in the UK alone, it can be hard to stand out in the crowd. This is where social media can put recruiters at a huge advantage, by helping to engage and attract candidates, as well as new business leads. I urge all staffing agencies, no matter what size, to learn from 2018’s Most Socially Engaged Staffing Agencies, and build social media into their hiring strategies.”
