Lennon is a Recruitment Consultant working audit roles in professional services. He has three years of prior experience, with two spent recruiting internal audit and financial crime roles within commerce and industry, and a further year recruiting audit in the professional services market at IAC. He studied Psychology at Royal Holloway before completing an MA in Social Psychology. This was borne from a fascination with people and their interactions, although quite how beneficial this is to recruitment remains to be seen!
