Senior Tax Manager

Working on a wide variety of tax issues across the whole business it’s your chance to show imagination and innovation.Come on board and you’ll manage all aspects of the Group’s UK tax affairs and help with its international growth.

Your main responsibilities will include: 

• Proactively identifying and appraising tax issues and opportunities in key business areas, recommending practical solutions and implementing agreed initiatives.
• Providing high quality, practical and timely advice to the commercial teams on the tax impact of significant business transactions.
• Managing the Group’s UK corporation tax and financial reporting obligations.
• Developing and managing effective working relationships across the business, with external advisers and HMRC. 

We’re looking for someone with in-depth experience of advising on the tax affairs of a major UK Plc and a proven track record of delivering results in terms of both value creation and efficiency savings. You’ll also need strong accounting skills and be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence those around you.
