Due to sustained and continued growth of the group globally, we have identified a need for 2 new positions within the Head Office tax team based in London. These roles will provide the right individuals with a challenging and varied workload and present exceptional opportunities to develop within our small, high-profile tax team in a complex corporate environment. Both roles offer a highly competitive package.


International Tax Adviser
c.£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Supporting the International Tax Manager, this role enables you to work closely with the business, providing advice on a variety of international tax planning and structuring issues.

• Assisting with group structuring issues including acquisitions, reorganisations and start ups;

• Development of transfer pricing policy and documentation;

• Providing advice to the business on the tax implications of the group’s investment products;

• Assisting with the corporate tax compliance and reporting process for overseas entities.


UK Tax Adviser
£60,000 +

This is an excellent opportunity for a corporate tax compliance specialist. This is regarded as a key appointment for the team, and offers a defined opportunity for future promotion.

• Taking a leading role in the tax reporting and compliance process including preparation of corporation tax computations;

• Responsibility for reviewing the reporting processes to improve the speed and quality of information provided;

• Liaising with HMRC on enquiries, building upon the group’s existing strong relationship;

• Assisting on other ad hoc project work covering issues such as M&A, corporate funding and reorganisations.

These roles provide exceptional opportunities to thrive in a leading global financial services environment. Ideally you will be ACA/CTA-qualified, but whilst previous financial services experience would be beneficial, it is not required for either position. Excellent communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
