Stuck in a rut and no sign of your next promotion? The Share Schemes team of this Big 4 firm is looking for an experienced manager looking to go up or an existing senior manager to join their growing team. The division has ambitious growth plans and is looking for individuals who are able to develop strong client relationships, build and manage teams and develop innovative technical solutions for clients. The work will include developing executive comp strategies, pay benchmarking, developing and implementing incentive plans.

The right person is likely to be working at a Big 4/Top 20 firm or have a legal background with have good commercial awareness and business development skills as well as being a committed team player.
