Head of Tax

Operating 24/7 in more than 100 countries across the world, we can be found at power plants in Uganda, mines in Australia, on Hollywood stage sets, in fact anywhere across the globe, from the Olympic Games in Beijing to deep-sea rigs in the North Sea.

We are currently seeking an outstanding tax professional to take responsibility for management of the group tax function. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing tax support to the strategic development of the group globally, including identifying and managing tax risk.
• Managing tax positions and implementing tax strategy and planning on a global basis.
• Ensuring continued robust and effective compliance processes.
• Providing tax leadership to the business in terms of developing tax awareness and tax input to commercial activity.

You will be a qualified accountant and/or CTA with international tax experience in a multinational corporate or within the Big 4. Your strong tax technical knowledge will be combined with first rate communication skills and you will demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast moving international environment.
