Group Tax Manager

Collins Stewart plc now offers an outstanding opportunity for an experienced professional to provide a comprehensive tax service to the group. Working closely with the Finance Director, your principal responsibilities will include:

• Advising on corporate acquisitions;

• Group structure, financing, profit and cash repatriation advice;

• Full and half year Group tax accounting and forecasting; and

• Review of tax computations and management of the relationship with HMRC.

To take on this highly autonomous position, you will have a demonstrable track record either within practice or a large multinational, along with strong international tax experience. Financial services exposure would be advantageous, as would an understanding of share schemes and employment taxes, but a hands-on approach to your work and excellent communication skills will be paramount.
