The Middle East in-house market is busy across a number of sectors, in particular energy, oil & gas, construction in addition to banking and finance and there are a variety of tax opportunities across the region.
Whilst there is a preference for candidates who have gained tax experience in the region, some employers will also consider applicants with strong academics, relevant experience and good reasons to want to relocate to the region.
With Dubai acting as a regional hub, you will gain exposure to a variety of work across the Middle East and further afield. As a result, cultural sensitivity is essential in addition to excellent commercial awareness and a strong tax technical background.
